Kim Neal

Kim Neal is the Business Relationship Officer for the Richmond and Chesterfield region.  She specializes in fostering strong business relationships and advancing community banking within central Virginia.

With over 30 years of experience in the financial sector, Kim has a proven track record of supporting local enterprises and driving regional growth through effective business relationships.

Kim’s career at Chesapeake Bank began in August 2019 as a Commercial Portfolio Manager.  She dedicated five years managing and growing a diverse portfolio of business clients in Chesterfield, Virginia. Her expertise in relationship banking allowed her to provide tailored financial solutions - helping businesses thrive. In August 2024, Kim transitioned to her current role as Business Relationship Officer, where she continues to build strong business relationships.
