Elizabeth M. "Missy" Mullins, Vice President and Trust Officer for Chesapeake Wealth Management, has over 15 years of experience in the trust and wealth management industry working with individuals, families and institutions. Her primary office is in Kilmarnock, Virginia.

Most recently, Mrs. Mullins was a Vice President and Trust Officer at BRB Trust in Kilmarnock. Prior to that, she worked at the law firm of Tidewater Trusts & Estates (Rumsey & Bugg, P.C.) in Irvington, Virginia, and WLR Foods, Inc. in Timberville, VA as Director of Shareholder Services/Assistant Corporate Secretary.

Mrs. Mullins received her Master of Business Administration from Averett College in Danville, Virginia, her Bachelor of Science in Management and Organizational Development from Eastern Mennonite University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, and attended Cannon Financial Institute’s Trust School (Trust I, II, and III). She is extremely active in her community as a current member of the Board of Trustees for Rappahannock Westminster-Canterbury, and on the Board of Directors for The Tidewater Foundation, Lancaster Community Library and the Lancaster Players Playhouse. She also volunteers at Historic Rice’s Hotel/Hughlett’s Tavern in Heathsville.

Mrs. Mullins works closely with clients and their team of advisors to provide holistic services covering all aspects of trust and wealth management.
