Lost your card? We're here to help you secure your account quickly and easily.
First, you can go over to ChesBank mobile or online banking. Under ‘Debit Cards’, tap ‘Lock or Unlock a Card’. You’ll see a toggle switch for your card – slide that baby to ‘Off’ and follow the prompts for ‘Report Lost or Stolen’.
If you’re more of a talking-on-the-phone person, give us a call immediately at 866-344-2437. Your local banker will walk you through any other steps you might need to take and let you know when to expect your new card.
