Our Pathway Mortgage is a real estate loan with special qualifying requirements, such as lower income, less money down, and lower closing costs to help you purchase your primary residence.  The interest rate is fixed for a period of time.  Private mortgage insurance is not required.  Grant funds may be available to assist with closing costs and down payment.
