Reggie has over 20 years in banking—right here at Chesapeake. She started as a teller in 2001, then moved to Information Technology, later Marketing, and now in Outreach as the Community Manager. She is passionate about personal development and loves to share resources and empower others while building meaningful connections.
Reggie leads initiatives like “The Buck Stays Here” to support local small businesses while also supporting volunteer engagement, Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) requirements, and financial literacy efforts. She also serves on the Advisory Board for Three Rivers Healthy Families, and Chairs the Gloucester Resource Council.
