Beth P. Bartlett, Senior Vice President Operations Manager for Chesapeake Wealth Management, has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. She is highly skilled in the areas of systems operations, analytics, and risk management. In addition to her technical skills, Ms. Bartlett brings a high degree of teamwork and motivational skills in leading our operations team in daily trust functions, system enhancements, and problem resolution. She also serves as coordinator with our Information Technology department, as trust operations vendor liaison, and as the primary risk assessor for trust accounts.

Most recently, Ms. Bartlett was Senior Vice President and Trust Operations Manager at The Trust Company of Virginia, where she worked for over 12 years. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of Trust Securities Operations and Assistant Vice President for Central Fidelity National Bank (now Wells Fargo) in Richmond, as a Product Support Representative for FIS (formerly Metavante) in Milwaukee, and as Operations Specialist at Branch Cabell & Co. in Richmond.

A native of Greater Richmond, Ms. Bartlett holds both the CSOP (Certified Securities Operations Professional) and CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) designations.
