Paula F. Owens is our Assistant Vice President Mortgage Loan Officer in our Lancaster, Northumberland, and Richmond counties and is based in our Kilmarnock branch. She has over 35 years of experience in the banking industry and over 26 years with Chesapeake Bank. Her focus is to extend the best quality of service to her customers. She enjoys using her banking and real estate experience to help customers achieve their financial goals.

Paula has served on the Lancaster/Northumberland Habitat for Humanity Board and volunteers with the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce. She also served as Chesapeake Bank’s Program Manager for the FHLBATL Grant Program. “It is an honor and blessing to have the opportunity to assist with our customer’s mortgage lending needs.”
