Tracy R. Pastella serves Chesapeake Financial Shares as our Senior Vice President Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Risk. She began her career with us in 2004 and has been in the financial Industry since 1994. She is a graduate of Christopher Newport University, Canon Financial Institute Internal Audit School, Virginia Bankers Association Executive Leadership Institute, and CCL Leadership Development Program.

She is a Board Member of the ABA Compliance Schools Advisory Board.

She holds the Certified Enterprise Risk Professional, Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager, Certified Fraud Examiner, Accredited ACH Professional, Certified Financial Services Auditor, and Fair Lending Expert designations.
