How It Works
Your business sets criteria to pay ACH items by setting rules based on:
- Transaction amount
- Specific merchant
- If a transaction is a credit or debit
When an item attempts to post to the account is not within the set rules, the bank with promptly generate a report and notify you. At that point, the decision is yours — approve the transaction or decline it.
