Personalize Your Debit Card

Personalize your banking by designing your very own customized Chesapeake Bank Visa® Debit Card through online banking or your mobile app. From a photo of your favorite pooch, or a beautiful scene of nature, you can select the images you’d like to see on your Chesapeake Bank debit card.

For existing debit card customers:

1. By clicking on either the Consumer or Business buttons (below), you agree to abide by the Photo Card Guidelines. Once you’ve clicked, you will then be taken to the “card creation page.”
2. Upload your photo or select from our community images.
3. Provide your email, first and last name, the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number, and the last 6 digits of your current debit card number.
4. Click Submit.

*NOTE: This is available only for physical debit cards, not digital debit cards.
