Barkley serves as the Treasury Management Administrator in our Richmond market, bringing 26 years of banking experience to the role. She began her career as a drive-thru teller and steadily advanced to branch manager before transitioning into treasury services in 2020.

As a proud mother of six and grandmother of two, Barkley says, “My family is my life and my heart.” Outside of work, she shares her love of music by performing in a variety band with her dad, playing everything from Southern rock and country to classic R&B.
