Lauren joined Chesapeake Bank in January 2018 and has steadily advanced her career through a variety of roles, ultimately becoming the Business Relationship Officer for Williamsburg in July 2024. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated outstanding leadership, a strong commitment to business development, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our customers and communities.

Lauren has been instrumental in driving deposit growth, strengthening customer relationships, along with advancing treasury services and referral initiatives. Her dedication to continuous learning and professional excellence is reflected in accomplishments such as graduating from CFS Certified and LEAD Greater Williamsburg in 2025. Beyond her professional achievements, Lauren is a respected community leader who generously gives her time and talents to organizations that help strengthen the communities we serve, including the Williamsburg Area Restaurant Association, Williamsburg Downtown, the Greater Williamsburg Chamber of Commerce, and An Occasion for the Arts.
