Courtney A. Carlton is a Mortgage Loan Officer in the Williamsburg Region and is based out of our Five Forks Branch. Courtney joined Chesapeake Bank in July 2019 and held positions as Loan Underwriter/Credit Analyst and Portfolio Manager II with the commercial team. Since August 2023, Courtney has served as a Mortgage Loan Officer for the Williamsburg Region and most recently earned the Accredited Mortgage Professional designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association.
