Eric is the Vice President, Retail Regional Manager, Lower Peninsula Regional Executive for Chesapeake Bank. Eric shares over 17 years of banking experience with his team customers.

Eric has served in the Williamsburg and Lower Peninsula communities for over 21 years, making community service and advocacy the cornerstones of his leadership.

Eric is a 2021 graduate of the Virginia Banker Association’s School of Bank Management where he served as Class President. He is currently attending the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Pennsylvania. He graduated in 2016 from LEAD Peninsula, a Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce sponsored program, and is a 2025 graduate from CIVIC Leadership Institute. He also earned his leadership certification from the Learning in Action: Focused on Leadership Excellence program, Class of 2018.

Eric currently serves as the Immediate Past-Chair for the Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and has been a board member since 2016. Eric also is the Treasurer for the Newport News Public Library Foundation. Along with serving on several other committees, youth councils, and financial coaching forums, he has placed a strong importance on using what he has learned and experienced to help others in need.
