Leigh H. Houghland is the Executive Vice President Senior Lender for Chesapeake Bank and Regional Executive for our Williamsburg Market.  He is based in our Lafayette Lending Office. Leigh has over 25 years of banking and lending experience. He has worked for much larger banks but has found his home at Chesapeake Bank. Leigh is very involved in the community and currently serves on the boards of Child Development Resources, Williamsburg Community Foundation, United Way and the YMCA of the Virginia Peninsulas.
