Sarah Spear leads retail operations in the Middle Peninsula region from our Mathews location. She launched her career with us in 2016 as a Customer Service Associate, advanced to Assistant Branch Manager in 2020, and became Branch Manager in 2022. In August 2026, Sarah graduated from the Virginia Bankers Association (VBA) Bank School, further strengthening her leadership and banking expertise.
