Thomas H. Richardson works in the Kilmarnock Operations Center as Chesapeake Bank’s Senior Vice President Senior Credit Officer (SCO).  Prior to taking on the role of SCO, he served both commercial and residential loan customers and was the regional Senior Lender in the Bank’s Northern Neck region. He has a Master’s in Business Administration from William & Mary and graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. Prior to working in banking, Tom received his undergraduate degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and flew as a corporate pilot and then for the U.S. Navy.

Tom is Chairman of the Lancaster County Economic Development Authority, Virginia Quality Life, and Bankers Title. He previously served as President of the Lancaster by the Bay Chamber of Commerce and the Lancaster Community Library. He’s also currently a member of the Northern Neck Rotarian club.
