Celebrating Women in Banking: Mortgage Bankers Association Awards Two Chesapeake Bank Employees Diversity Scholarships

Chesapeake Bank takes pride in training and making the most of every opportunity. That’s why we’re so grateful for programs like the Path to Diversity & Inclusion Scholarship from the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA).

Each scholarship covers up to $2,000.00 in expenses that can be used for the registration fee of an educational offering or conference in select focuses. Both of our recipients are excited to take advantage of this opportunity and to continue their professional development in the mortgage industry.

Applicants select from, and are identified by, qualifying and under-represented diversity groups during their application process. Scholarships are awarded on a rolling basis, reviewed monthly by the MBA. Recipients may receive funds up to three times in their career.
