CAN I PREQUALIFY?
In your application, just check the “prequalification” box. A loan officer will look over your info and give you a call to chat. Once you know how much house you can afford, your loan officer can switch your application over to a mortgage application. We’ll check your credit at this point, but only if you give us the thumbs up.
