Important note: No VISAs will be sold at any events in any of our markets in 2025.
WILLIAMSBURG EVENTS
In Williamsburg, Williamsburg Area Restaurant Association (WARA)-ONLY gift certificates will be sold. Buy $50 for only $25!! Limit two certificates per person, while supplies last. Bring your chair and/or umbrella to make your wait comfy. People line up early and we’re out there selling rain or shine. Don’t forget your card as cash will not be accepted. All sales are card only.
While we won’t have VISAs this year, 30OffLocal will be on-site with QR Codes to buy gift cards from their site offering 30% off to a number of wonderful local businesses in our community. Also, while supplies last.

- 1/21/2026 – New Town Fountain in front of Regal Cinemas @ 2:00pm (Leading up to Restaurant week – 1st week of Feb.) – CONFIRMED
NORTHERN NECK

MIDDLE PENINSULA
In Gloucester we partnered with Gloucester Main Street Association (GMSA) to support the following events: Love on Main (Feb), Movie Night (Aug), and the upcoming Trick or Treat on Main. Chesapeake Bank’s dollars purchased gifts from Main Street Businesses that GMSA awarded as prizes to participants in select activities.
In Mathews the Mathews County Economic Development Authority, Mathews Visitor Center, and Chesapeake Bank team will be popping in unannounced to local businesses to surprise patrons with $25 off their purchase or service. While supplies last.
RICHMOND
