Beth P. Bartlett, Senior Vice President Operations Manager for Chesapeake Wealth Management has more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. She is highly skilled in the areas of systems operations, analytics, and risk management. In addition to her technical skills, Ms. Bartlett brings a high degree of teamwork and motivational skills in leading our team in daily trust functions, system enhancements, project management and problem resolution.

Prior to joining our team in 2014, Ms. Bartlett was Senior Vice President Trust Operations Manager and BSA Officer at The Trust Company of Virginia, where she worked for over 12 years. Prior experience also includes serving as Manager of Trust Securities Operations and Assistant Vice President for Central Fidelity National Bank (now Wells Fargo) in Richmond, as a Product Support Representative for FIS (formerly Metavante) in Milwaukee, and as Operations Specialist at Branch Cabell & Co. in Richmond.
