DJ has over 25 years of experience leading payments, technology, and strategy in banking. He has spearheaded the development and launch of innovative payment products and championed the industry’s early adoption of instant payment rails such as FedNow and RTP.

DJ is an active participant and leader in the broader financial services industry. He serves on numerous boards and advisory committees and is a frequent speaker at national conferences. He attended the College of William & Mary, the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and the Virginia Bankers Association Executive Leadership Institute.

DJ resides with his family in New Kent, VA. He is a Virginia Tech Hokies fan and volunteers with the Pamunkey Memorial Association.
