Gloria M. Williams is a Business Relationship Officer in our Hampton Roads market. Previously serving as a Commercial Lender for our Middle Peninsula Market, Gloria brings more than 15 years of community-focused experience to her role. Her background includes serving as the Executive Director of the Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce and as the Public Information Manager for Gloucester County Community Engagement.

Gloria earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Spanish from Appalachian State University and completed additional Spanish studies at the Universidad de Málaga, Ronda.
She is actively involved in the community, serving on the Gloucester Educational Foundation Board of Directors and Avalon Shelter’s Middle Peninsula Advisory Board, and volunteering with youth athletics as well as career and technical education programs.
