Ralph Martinez brings 20 years of experience in the financial services industry to Chesapeake Bank. Throughout his career, Ralph has excelled in various roles within Wealth Management, Retail, Small Business, and Commercial Banking. He is dedicated to providing a holistic advisory approach, working closely with clients to achieve their short-term and long-term goals in cash management, lending, and other financial services.

Ralph graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in Marketing and Business Law. Since then, he has been committed to serving business owners and affluent clients in the greater Central Virginia area. His community involvement includes working with several non-profits such as the Chesterfield Chamber, Bizworks, Chester Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity, and MBL.

In his free time, Ralph enjoys spending time with his wife, 15-year-old son, and their Dachshund, Peeve. His hobbies include fishing, golfing, woodworking, photography, and tinkering with antique vehicles.
