Tracy Elliott serves as Chesapeake Bank’s Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President, a role she assumed by the Board of Directors in November 2025. The CIO position is a new addition to our leadership team, reflecting both the growing importance of a robust technology strategy in today’s high-tech environment and our continued organizational growth.

With over a decade of experience at Chesapeake Bank in various capacities, Tracy brings deep knowledge of our operations and culture. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a graduate of the VBA School of Bank Management and the VBA Executive Leadership Institute, along with holding numerous other professional certifications. In her current role, Tracy oversees Applications and Data, Project Management, and Information Technology (IT), ensuring that our technology initiatives align with our strategic goals and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Tracy is a resident of Mathews County, where she lives with her husband and two daughters. She’s active on several community boards and can often be found at sporting events cheering on her girls.
