Tracy Elliott serves as the Senior Vice President Chief Information Officer. With over a decade of experience at Chesapeake Bank in various capacities, Tracy brings deep knowledge of our operations and culture. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a graduate of the VBA School of Bank Management and the VBA Executive Leadership Institute, along with holding numerous other professional certifications. In her leadership role, Tracy oversees Applications and Data, Project Management, and Information Technology, ensuring that our technology initiatives align with our strategic goals and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Tracy is a resident of Mathews County, where she lives with her husband and two daughters. She’s active on several community boards and can often be found at sporting events cheering on her girls.
