Lost your card? Don't fret, we've got your back!
First, you can zip over to ChesBank mobile or online banking. Under ‘Debit Cards’, tap ‘Lock or Unlock a Card’. You’ll see a toggle switch for your card – slide that baby to ‘Off’ and follow the prompts for ‘Report Lost or Stolen’.
If you’re more of a talking-on-the-phone person, give us a ring at 866-344-2437. One of our folks will walk you through any other steps you might need to take and let you know when to expect your shiny new card.
